Hey guys.
Currently bulking, last few days I’ve felt rather flat during my training out of nowhere (more “aching” during my training rather than pumps).
Wondering if anyone gets this from low estrogen? Or should I check my electrolyte intake
Taking 400/400/200 test/deca/mast and 12.5asin MWF
