I'm doing greens now 8iu per day they seem to be working quite well, awhile back there were some bogus greens around I think that issue has been resolved? Did black tops for months they were slightly better kept me super lean and zero fluid retention, but currently there is a problem with them?
Rips made my hands hurt so dam bad even at 3iu per day I couldn't sleep at nite and quite a lot of fluid retention.
Unfortunately the GH scene is a bit sketchy I wont buy from sponsors that require a minimum, I don't think it's a good idea to spend a large amount I have been burned a couple times over the past few years at least it was only a couple hundred IU's
