One of the best things about eating protein and fats through the day is I feel like I have so much energy. Eating carbs can give me big ups and downs through the day and sometimes I feel lazy with my work.
I do like some carbs pre and post workout in the evening.
For an mk677 user, do you think it would be beneficial to eat less carbs to avoid the high blood glucose sides?
