Help. Boils on scalp

Just went to dermo on Tues. Had bumps, pimples, on back of head.. Just popped up overnight 1-2 days after haircut. Would not heal up for 3-4 weeks, kept coming back. Hair did fall out but is growing back.
Sulfamethoxazole antibiotic, and Acanya cream. As of today almost cleared up.

Said it was bacterial. Could have got from barber or work, jumping in out of 10 different bulldozers and trackhoes all day.

Been on low dose test (Watson) for few months, so not oil related.
