I have got finally my HGH and I got already good feeling by him but considering it give me little letargy I cant take it befor workout so I choose to do 4UI so splitted:
First thing in the morning 100+100 ghrp2 + cjc
10 min. later 1 UI hgh
Post workout I train around 10 in the morning
100+100 ghrp2 + cjc
15 min. later 2 ui HGH
wait 60 min. before eat post workout meal
Before bed
1ui HGH
what do you think with this protocol is fine or just waste?
