upon further review, my research has pointed me in a direction to use 191 aa at night time instead of pwo. the reported evidence and overall feeling has been noted and am/pm is the new protocol.
Felt like there might have been too many calories pwo, and just wasn't getting what was desired.
Could be totally bullshit, but it is going in just the same, but preferences are now different.
Upon finishing a training bout, the subjects will continue to use rp-2/1295, followed by 150-250 grams of simple sugars + 5-10 grams of leucine

in looking for growth i'd do the peptides am/pm and larger, more infrequent doses of GH pwo, what i like is:

200 ghrp-2 / 100 mod grf - upon waking, afternoon (only non-training days), pre-bed

10 i.u. rips PWO (4x/week)
 
rp 2 / 1295 am/ pwo/ pm everyday
research budget does not allow 40 iu /weekly.
original plan was this, but for first trial, decision was made to go am/pm lower usage:(

2 years has finally manifested itself and I walked around the gym like a zombie, b/c those 5 reps took everything I had this day

At this point my heart was out of my chest,, and my ears were popped so much that the gym music was barely audible
I also grabbed the garbage can b/c I really thought i was gona need it

seated leg curl one set partials 21's style

calf raise machine single leg and double (waste of time: by this time i was barely standing and really just wanted to go)

I really thought about pulling over on the way home, I was so fatigued I thought it might be safer to wait a few minutes
When I was done with the drive, had a serving of Dark matter (mostly waxy maize and amino's, and i fell asleep for 30 minutes) have not done this since I was 13 and just started training
I really thought it would be a monumental moment when that 600 went on the back and I stood up with it, but it kicked my ass
accomplishment felt good, but the body needs to sit on the couch for about a week

deadlift-- 455 x 3 superset 315 x failure thought I had more, just lost the bar after 3, out of frustration stripped it down to 3 pps, and went to town

low back totally fried, had to stop after this

Weight has been steady last 3 weeks. looking to increase cals, not worrying too much about a little more smoothness. taking good w/bad:confused:

Here is the first evaluation:

So far: very smooth ride
-levels seemed to normalize after the first 10 days.

-Skin shows improvement when everything becomes constant for me
very quick turn around w. that

-zero pain observed after administration, not that it really matters to me, but some people get bent out of shape over it, or sometimes read into it.

-New labels are cool. Old ones were plain, but it never bothered me.
these look like there was a lot of effort put into them, so I appreciate and respect that

-Too soon to say I am feeling a "boost" {no tne, longer esters for me: for now} but I know what I am feeling and 'I LIKE'
Weight is stable @220 each evening, so I can believe this won't last long and increase very soon

If anyone has questions about what they are getting, and who they get it from, do yourself a favor & just stop asking and avoid it.
GS is taking the stress out if this process for me. You know: it is not Target, but it is about as close as your gonna get to it.

no shoulders today, there was just no way it was going to happen
I think doing them last week has done damage that lasted until today. I am putting them in every so often, but when I do, they seem to linger for a while b4 they feel 100%
I need to find a way to incorporate them, not every week, but often enough that my shoulders can get some stim, but not impact everything else all week
