Elvis 1023 is pretty dead on about slin byself,but why not run the gh unless it's a $ issue...You'll get much greater gains...

Chill out big guy. Was doing some research and saw some threads, didnt even know the date of them. Ive been a member on this site since 2004 so dont need to worry about post count or whatever silliness you were implying.
