No problem mate, on my watch listhaha true. Usually I shave once a month..I go to a grooming place that's local..just didn't go this month. Thanks for following @plane !
What's up man, thanks for the follow! Honestly, I don't do a whole these days. Most of the time, I'm focusing on my online coaching business (Link is in my signature) and I love to take a leisurely walk outside my condo, where there's a huge park by the bay...I'm in Miami.following closely brother. have been wondering what do you like to do on your off days.
personally I have a hard time staying out of the gym and often don't allow my body to recover. excessive cardio or half assed two a days are taking their toll. feeling all sorts of inflammation and fatigue but haven't found another appropriate place to spend my mental energy.
man am I seeing well...? Your heart rate up to 122?What's up everyone, apologize for not posting a ton here. Really just going through the motions still , on cruise control.
A few things to report.
** I have committed to a November 23 show back in my home state of Missouri and the same place where I did my last show 10 years ago...
** My workouts have been amazing. I find a happy medium of pushing the weights and intensity, but not killing my CNS where I'm so fried the next day, I can't even function.
**Currently 30 weeks out. Planning on officially starting "prep" at 20 weeks out, but might bump it to 22-24 weeks. I always did longer preps, in that 20-24 week range.
**I'm putting way more focus on my health than I ever had...one because I'm older...34 but my body has deft been abused...and because I'm not trying to bite the dust anytime soon lol.
**Added in Temilstaratan at 40mg/day. My bp has always been a little high...not insane but not in the normal range for sure.
**Also I invested in a blood pressure machine to use at home and a blood glucose monitor. Two things I should have done ages ago, just was stupid and lazy.
**Pic attached is my BP this morning, which actually is pretty good numbers for me, but during the day, it's routine 140/90ish, which is why I got the Temilstaratan.
Anyways, thats my quick update. I'll do another physique update in a few weeks.
thanks for the support and following guys!
lets hope he took the measurement after being in a rush..man am I seeing well...? Your heart rate up to 122?
Even with a lot of GH and water retention 122 would be crazy for resting, he must have been doing something I imagine? Either way though if he was doing something causing his HR to bump that high, probably not the ideal time to check BP either as it’ll be raised.lets hope he took the measurement after being in a rush..
else i would urge you to see a cardiologist and get on a beta blocker as soon as possible and fix the issues that lead to this HR (excessive water retention?)
I didn't even notice that but after morning cardio and a stim...man am I seeing well...? Your heart rate up to 122?
I second that ha, took a stim about 20 min prior....but my resting HR is always pretty high, which I know isn't good..not 122, but 90ish usuallyEven with a lot of GH and water retention 122 would be crazy for resting, he must have been doing something I imagine? I did and a stim a little before, but regardless, I need a dr visit and blood work soon before 20 weeks out definitely.lets hope he took the measurement after being in a rush..

I'm not getting too personal on here but ya I take a stim med every morning. didn't even think about checking pulse at the moment, I was fixed on the BP number, but thanks for looking out guysEven with a lot of GH and water retention 122 would be crazy for resting, he must have been doing something I imagine? it's not normally that high, but still, what would you suggest that would go with the Telmisartan? thanks broman am I seeing well...? Your heart rate up to 122?
what stim med do you take?it's not normally that high, but still, what would you suggest that would go with the Telmisartan? thanks bro
Telmisartan wont reduce the heartrate directly, but it does lower aldosterone so if it’s from a lot of water it may help a tad.it's not normally that high, but still, what would you suggest that would go with the Telmisartan? thanks bro
Drop in Nebilivol at 5-10mg. I’m with everyone else that is not ideal.it's not normally that high, but still, what would you suggest that would go with the Telmisartan? thanks bro
will do thanks for the recommendation.Drop in Nebilivol at 5-10mg. I’m with everyone else that is not ideal.
Possibly a dumb question; I know certain beta blockers affect metabolic rate, but if I recall correctly Nebivilol doesn’t correct? I’ve been thinking about adding it in, should I watch the scale for any adjustments dietary-wise that may be necessary?Drop in Nebilivol at 5-10mg. I’m with everyone else that is not ideal.
