Yea I take it 30 minutes prior and then about half way thru my workout, depending on how I feel i may take another swig of it. I keep water with me to chase it down, just not a huge gallon jug lol
 
1. Stay hydrated
2. Use advanced protein syrup
3. Get skin splitting pumps!

#1 is highly important to this process as glycerine will force more water inside the muscle cell, if taking creatine also then this process is even more effecient and effective.

I would look at it differently my brother. Better isnt what this is. Syraplex is simply -different. It is a chocolate protein syrup. I still use whey shakes all the time, and encourage them heavily...Syraplex is like lenny and larry makes protein cookies, except a syrup is much more versatile. You are not going to use syraplex as your main protein source, you only use 1 or 2 tbs and it is 7g per tbs protein. This is to use as a "dieting tool" to kill your sweet and chocolate cravings in a healthy way..key feature is the taste, it is STUPID good while having no fat, no sugar, no lactose, super low carb, 7g protein iso per tbs... There is no product on the supp market that tastes even close, and ill put any money i have on that bet.

You have your coffee in the morning, 2 tbs 14g extra amd tastes like reg chocolate sweetner..Between your meals,or middle of night when you usually grab some sweets, put a mouthful of chocolate syrup instead, closest thing i can say is taste like melted kisses. A mouthful will kill your sweet craving fassstttt, ask anyone here. Since I started taking an Intra-Shake.....I have tried this and get the most skin splitting pumps throughout my workout.

Pre-workout that contains stuff like L-Citrulline, Hydromax, Betaine....all the good stuff that helps facilitate a pump. Then 1 TBSP of LBA.

I then mix up a 32 oz jug of water with HBCD, Hydrolyzed Whey, and 1-2 TBSP of LBA's. I sip on this throughout my workout. The LBA helps give it a nice flavor and the glycerine just keeps soaking up the water.

Since I am at the gym at 4:00 am, I don't have any meals before my workout other than what I ate the night before...and it typically doesn't contain carbs.

So the intra workout shake along with my post workout shake pretty much contains all of the carbs that I have during the day. I do have one solid meal after my post shake with carbs in it, but after that any meals I have are only trace amounts found in veggies...etc.

But doing this fills me out very nicely, and the pumps and vascularity are crazy.

That girl is FINE! Having some muscle makes such a big improvement in a ladies looks.
The lady in your pic has the face and hair to go with the body, she is a work of art and makes me glad to be a man.

Im 210 what do you think would be a good pre workout dose? 2 or 3 servings?
 
Thanks B . Today I took 3 about an hour before training and it was great. Felt great and my muscles were full the whole workout.
 
Did these completely disappear? I loved using the both the old LBAs and the newer syraplex.
