I was previously following a carb cycle and just not feeling right as my fats were very low, no added fats.
So i rearranged my diet to something that better suites me. Gonna run this and lean out for another 4 weeks, then slowly add carbs back into the diet and grow slow and lean, until its time for prep in January.
My manipulations will be simple, after this last month of losing some more fat, ill start to add more carbs into the diet. 10 grams per meal, every meal with carbs, maybe weekly, maybe bi weekly. Till i hit a stick point then ill add another 10 grams etc. Fats and protein will probab ly remain the same except intra workout, id like to work up to 100 carbs and 50 pepto pro intra.
Heres the starting diet, which will probably remain the same these 4 weeks.
Meal 1
1.5 cups egg whites
2 whole Omea-3 eggs
2 slices ezekial Bread or 1/2 cup oats(precooked)
Meal 2
8oz Chicken Breast
4oz Jasmine rice (cooked)
1 tbs Virgin coconut oil
broccoli
meal 3
4oz Chicken Breast
4oz extra lean ground turkey
4oz jasmine rice
1 tbs EVOO
broccoli
meal 4 (intra)
25 grams glycofuse
25 grams pepto pro
meal 5 (pwo)
50 grams whey iso
1/2 cup oatmeal
meal 6
8oz chicken Breast
broccoli
1 tbs EVOO
meal 7
50 grams whey iso
50 grams frozen blueberries
2 tbs natural PB(all made into a sludge)
Using the diabetic exchange it comes out to
367 Protein
159 Carb
67 Fat

i know these seem low but my body holds onto fat. Once a week, probably i will go 2x-2.5x with the carbs, if bodyweight drops to quickly. Diet will remain the same on off days, besides the intra workout nutrition.
