John I bought about 4 bottles of this product. I have been using regularly with each of my carb meals. Here is the protocol I have set up. Please let me know if it looks alright and I have one question for you.
(Only Showing Carbs For Meal Here)
First Meal- 3/4 Cup Oats- 2 Caps
Pre Workout Meal- 1 Cup Rice- 2 Caps
Post Workout Meal- ??????
Shouldnt I want my insulin to spike the the muscles to fill up with glucose post workout if I'm attempting to put on lean muscle. Or Should I take 2 Post workout as well to continue to keep insulin levels low. These are my only carb meals of the day and I use 4 with my one cheat meal a week.
