to start off do at the begining or middle of your tris workout.
i dont bother with the push press part lee does u can do that too if u want. i prefer press on a diff machine.

the key is go under the bar as lee is going.
really REALLY go under the bar to stretch tris then hang in there hold a little isometric n then EXPLODE out without bringing chest into play.

i pick smith bar or the fixed bar stack for curls with diff wts & pick a height where i can really pop my head in to get the extreme stretch.
i prefer the second option over smith machine.
