Most bizarre experience of my life!

So this is strange, I woke up from a nap at 8:02pm this evening and got dressed, brushed my teeth and was out the door. As I am backing out of my garage my mom texts so I parked the car in the driveway quick and returned the text this was at 8:17pm. I was headed to the gym and it is 3-4 minutes away from my home tops. So I get to the gym finish my diet dew quick and head in. I usually get there around this time and have just been doing an hour of cardio a day as my shoulder is injured. The gym closes at 10 so I got to be out the door by then. Well 2 minutes on the step mill and I glance at the clock which says 9:30pm. Thinking it must be fast an hour as I just left my house maybe ten minutes ago i check my phone which also says 9:30. I am like well I guess its only a half hour today but the whole time I am wondering where this hour went. I was like did I just space off in my car for an hour in the parking lot? I don't do drugs or anything and would swear I did not spend more than a couple minutes in the parking lot.......but I lost an hour... its just gone. Anyone ever have something like this? I am hesitant to tell anyone this as it sounds fucking crazy. Its the strangest thing ever!

If this happens to you ever again could be worth telling a doctor about it. If its a one time thing maybe you could have zoned out while doing cardio. One of my worse fears is loosing my mind and truly not realizing it. Keep us informed if it happens again bro.

This actually was my first thought as well but I remember looking at the clock at 8:02, 8:11, and 8:17. I have around 4 clocks that are eye level that i see on my way out the door. At 8:11 i realized i forgot my headphones and went upstairs to retrieve them. Anyway I just quadruple checked the text time and it is 8:17. I also got checked for aids last year so that's not probably the case though its still a little funny. I've checked my car mileage as it just turned 40k and didn't drive anywhere plus the tank is still on the full. I work from home so the only place I really go is the gym, Walmart, pharmacy, or Dr office so my mileage stays low. I think over the last year I drove 3k miles total. As everything is only a few minutes from my house besides the Dr which is like 10 or 20 minutes depending on what dr I am going to. I only get gas once a month. The only logical answer I can think of is I must have spaced out in the gym parking lot but I don't remember doing that at all but if I did it would never be more than a few minutes tops....or I am just simply losing my mind
