OK GUYS: I apologize; finally everything is over; I'm wide awake after sleeping few hours after my binge:

FIRST AND FOREMOST I WANT TO THANK BIG DAWG, GREEN, GOAL, LENNY AND ALL OF YOU WHO FOLLOWED ALONG AND GAVE ME GREAT TIPS, ADVICE AND MOTIVATION... I really much appreciate you guys ; this shit isn't easy.

THIS IS HOW IT WENT DOWN in a quick overview: I took everyone advice; and made my own peak week:

Friday:
I DIDNT MAKE WEIGHT BUT I WASN'T TRYING
Weiged at 191.1 lb LH open bodybuilding
I didn't cut Sodium and kept it in my meals
Water high till 8 PM
Started with fats and protein until
1/2 dyazide at 2 then started 3 meals of 50g carbs and few oz protein
8PM - 1/2 dyazide with water shut off and 2 hours later I had this and a shot of FIRE BALL

Slept then woke up
Weight kept dropping as I got drier, I knew I looked Full at 190 so I tried to push my weight up. I dropped to 185lb at one time and I got a little nervous
So
2-3 rice cakes with PB and JAM every time I woke up to pee depending on my weight and hunger. 2nd time I had a bagel
Then breakfast at 530:
3 eggs; 3 turkey bacon and 2 Bagels with salt.

I Was full, and dry, best I looked all my preps.

2 hours later; I had a bagel and Jam then Trail mix and sipped on 5 shots expresso all morning

Pump up: started to sip on coconut water while getting my pump on

POST SHOW TO NIGHT TIME:
went to the habit again and repeated my burger and 2 sides of sweet potato fries and regular fries. no cheese or veggies
8oz water sipping.

Dry and more vascular

2nd meal
Chipotle steak and rice 6oz water

3rd meal 5shots with added water; Bagel and Jam

Nothing else until some JAM AND SALT BEFORE PUMP UP

Goals: even though I took 4th; I'm really happy with my conditioning and the way I came. These guys were big, and I hung up there with them as they placed me 2nd in prejudging then I took 4th. Caught me off guard.

I apologize for not having many stage or back stage pics; show was fast; everything ran quick and I got out of there when I was done. Tried to capture few moments

WHAT I LEARNED:
LISTEN TO YOUR BODY
LOOK AT YOURSELF EVERY HOUR AND ADJUST
BAGELS SAVES MY FLATNESS
DONT JUST HAVE A SET PROTOCOL AND GO WITH IT

GOALS FOR NEXT SHOW:
A 70% conditioned bigger guy will beat 100% conditioned smaller guy
GET BIGGER TO WIN SHOWS.

All judges were impressed with conditioning but said size matters.. literally [emoji28]

This was a great journey and thank everyone again that followed along in this thread , I made this to motivate others, track my journey and reflect on this thread when I compete again in the future.

Last time I competed, going on 10 years this summer, I peaked a few days, (predominantly the following day, Sun) after splurging on foods devoid from the diet the previous 8-10 weeks.

Body just sucked it up, was tight vascular, didn't spill over
and was literally 11 lbs heavier, and fuller by noon Sunday. That's what I learned from that go around.

Nice job, keep on keepin on....!

Man, I just seen this. Beast turned out ok but after seeing the first cheat meal I knew how this story was going to end. Tenny always trying to give good advice to those that dont want to hear it until the end.
