What you 'say' is true regarding EGG WHITES ONLY. If you take whole eggs raw you will digest most all of it if your HCl levels are healthy and you take them without starchy carbs.
I quit cooking eggs (which make up about 50% of my dietary protein/fat intake) many years ago and my gains have only increased steadily since then.
Egg yolk is loaded with biotin which offsets the avidin perfectly. Try it before you copy and paste the nonsense bolded.
