New Years Resoulotion

Shoulder dislocation. Haven't lifted in a month, had scans done but have to wait till next week for results and if I need surgery or not. Anything overhead is painful and feels weird. The first weeks I was completely immobilised.
I would seek help or at least stop training for a while... Lost quite a lot of gains but it's an ideal moment to find myself and get through this withdrawal. Plus it's lengthening my cruise period. Which can't be bad for health reasons. Let me know if you need to know something in PM

I have a large clientele of senior citizens and the overwhelming answer to the question I ask "what would you change if you could do it all over again" is this:

"spend less time working and trying to make money, and more time with my family making memories"

We need money to survive, there is no doubt. At the end of this life, people do not give eulogies on how much money their father or husband had or how much they worked, but what kind of person they were.

Continue how Im ending 2015 saving money and being happy. Removed all negativity from my life and I feel fantastic. Have less friends but they are good friends
 
Lots of resolutions...more than anything else to work on anxiety. It's been a serious problem the past year, a lot of negative things happened that exacerbated the issue. I couldn't/can't keep some bad things from happening, but I can control the way I mentally and physically react to them.

Well said! I've learned that our reactions to circumstances ultimately determine how we "feel". Many things happen that we simply cannot control, but we can control how we react to them.
 
My resolution would prob be to try and save more money and to cut out some of my bad habits !

For me, anxiety all depends on my hormone levels... So check those out... E2 mainly. When I take DHT, I get the I don't give a fuck attitude, like not caring about anything.

Not much man, just trying to get back into the gym and have a more balanced life. My marriage was suffering due to my selfishness so I took a long hiatus from the gym to focus on family and work. Both have been going great, so now I'm going to incorporate working out again. This time in a much less vain way
