What dose do you take brother? I'm doing 10mg every morning, was thinking to go to 20mg.

I tried both 10 and 20.

I preferred 20 for the fat loss and the endurance was boosted even more
too.

10, the endurance was still good but not so much fat loss.

And when I made these changes, I kept diet and cardio the same and just increased dosages. Weight slowly started dropping when I bumped to 20.
