post covid myositis of all injection sites

around 2 weeks ago i posted a thread about me getting COVID mid cycle, i was advised to keep pining, eating and hydrating but to rest until symptoms subside.
which i did for 5 days, got better, fever subsided and started workout again.

but 3 days later fever relapsed to 102 F without any other symptoms of respiratory tract, i thought it was another infection or that i didn't take enough rest so i relapsed.
then out of nowhere i started getting pains in my injection spots, even my old ones, then they got swollen and inflamed really bad even though i haven't injected anything for a week prior to this.
now i have fever and myositis in bilateral quads, glutes and shoulders.
it's like an autoimmune or a reaction to the injection sites.

anyone seen or heard of something like that before ?
delayed reaction that got triggered by the COVID maybe ?
guys with SEO that get inflamed muscle years after injections, is that even a thing ?

did some lab work too and went to 3 medical specialists but they asked for more tests and they don't know what it even could be

CBC showed absolute lymphopenia which classic for covid
ESR / 70 (very high)
C-Reactive Protein / 107 (very high)
CPK / 468 (very high) and specific for muscle damage ( i was resting for a week before those results so it's not because of training )
LDH / normal
Other liver values are all normal

that was the 1st thing i thought about but the inflammation was way after the last injection time and not in one or even 2 spots, it hit all the 6 spots i usually use.
i use pharma grade test only and if it was an infection i think it would appear couple days after the injection with abscess formation and other symptoms that are more localized.
and to roll that out i even did an ultrasonography on both quads that showed nothing but some fibrosis, they even said it's unremarkable.

it could be a reaction to something, but why would it appear now, i have been using the same brand since 3 months ago, a delayed reaction maybe

I’m glad y’all are commenting your experiences

… I had the same experience to the point I couldn’t inject anything without the most horrid reaction. It was fucking wild. Gear I had used for the last six months and bought all at same time from same source went from smooth pain free to uninjectable. That was 18 months ago when I got a bad bout of Covid (ironically caught it at my last bodybuilding show ). I got Covid again recently and it started doing it again just slightly less intensely.

No clue what the fuck but Covid has been the common denominator

I think Dom had mentioned this in another thread that it could be overall inflammation when you have injection site pain from the actual injection - not PIP. Your C-Reactive is very high…

Is it Watson test, or something you ordered online? I stopped using hg many years ago because the market was flooded with fakes. Even the icn which was a safe buy they started to fake and supplier's couldn't even tell the difference. Not saying it's not legit, but with hg there is always the risk unless you got it straight from the pharmacy.

Straight from the pharmacy isn't always as safe a bet as someone would be led to believe. I 100% have had fake (or ridiculously degraded) caber and fake t3 from Walmart before.

how long did it last for you ? was it just pain or the whole package ( swelling and fever too ) ?
i hope it's temporary or i'll have to wear a face shield for the rest of my life

do you remember the title of the thread ? i need to check that out.
doctors said it could be a hyperactive immune response that causes general inflammation specially in the injection spots, but to what, they don't have a clue.
they asked for ANA, ANCA, C3 & C4 tests to check for autoimmunity too.

right now i reside in egypt, so i go to a reputable radiology clinic and just ask for a the test, with the doc recommendation and proposed diagnosis of course.
and yes indeed i buy them from the pharmacy directly, cidoteston 250, no prescription needed.
fake gear is not that common here unless it's an exotic compound or some sarms, one ampule of test E 250 costs around 58 cents, it's dirt cheap to be faked here.
