When the MGs crawl over 400mg a week, i start having potty problems. Urgency, weaker stream. Is there any OTC products that actually seem to help? The literature is mixed on most of the things that come off the top of my head. saw palmeto, pumkin seed oil, stinging nettle.........

Do any of yall take a daily item that seems to help? I know cialis can sometimes help, 5mg a day or so?

I'm taking one from Costco prostate plus or something. I used to take it but stopped for awhile. I will see if it helps as I have noticed more prostate issues as well. I take Cialis regularly so I don't think it's helping much at this point
