Rapid weight loss

I’m trying to pinpoint the main cause of my rapid weight loss. I was in the icu for 9 days and 3 days in the normal part of the hospital until I got discharged. 7 days out of the time spent in the icu I was put in a medically induced coma on a ventilator. I had major blood loss I think the lowest was 7.4 for my hemoglobin. I ended up losing 35lbs. I went from 250 to 214/215. Is me being anemic the result or the lack of eating for 12 days or the combination of both.

Lack of eating would be my guess.I was in a coma for three months and lost all my size.Came out weighing 160s with my test levels in the 30s.The lack of eating anemia can certainly cause this.

Definitely lack of eating , in 2019 I was in a induced coma for several days then could not swallow anything for 10 days , I went in at 266 left at 231 , finally stopped dropping at 2192 weeks after that dispite being able to meat a little and injecting 50g EAA into my J-tube a day.
It's insane how fast we can deflate with no nutrition and training.
