I have a hard time with my appetite, and shakes are convenient.Why so little whole foods? Do you find that the shakes are better for dieting?

HumR. I prefer log, but sometimes you take what you can get. I plan on keeping slin in until a week out. On certain days when carbs are low, I don't use it at all. Right now I'm doing sugar during workout every other day.Is your 2nd slin shot Humalog or Humulin? How long will you likely keep that in?

I'm the skinny kid who could eat anything they wanted, and not gain weight.
I have seen pics before. He looks a bit like Ross but is a little smaller. Although he does have a bigger weiner than Ross.
I can see that...if I was taking insulin twice a day and eating that much food I would look like fucking humpty dumpty! Good luck in your prep.
