great info! thanx
JJ which peptide do you think is best for anxiety/lowering heart rate?
Not JJ but from my research I would definitely say selank. Although it shouldn't effect heart rate. I assume you just mean an elevated heart rate due to anxiety? You don't have a high resting heart rate do you? So if you stop the anxiety you stop the times of an elevated heart rate.
I have seen various studies on rodents and cats etc relating to cardiovascular effects and heart rate was never effected. Although as you know humans are different.

right now i take propranolol for anxiety but sometimes it drops my diastolic blood pressure to low. it took my resting HR from 70's to 50's which feels much better.im always stressing about something. so i need something that keeps HR low but doesnt drop blood pressure. to me it would only make sense that selank would have to control your heart rate to control anxiety.

All the studies I have read have stated otherwise but it's a possibility. But you need to have you resting heart rate tested throughout the day. I am sure it will be fine so you wouldn't need to take anything. It's in moment of anxiety it will shoot up so I imagine if you control the anxiety your heart rate shouldn't be an issue.
How much cardio do you do? Cardio should be the first thing you think of imo. quote]
right it could also work in the reverse.ive had my HR tested throughout the day and got put on propranolol. i do cardio technically everyday only a 10 minute run on lifting days 30min on non lifting days. i add in sprints as well.
Out of the 3 I had in mine Selank is number one after more research. I was basically just after something that helped with anxiety. Everyone seems to really find benefits from it. It sounds like it would be great for me. Budget is limited so I had to take it off my shipping cart but I will try it out soon.
It was a choice between 2nd vial of LR3 or selank... had to go with the muscle growth
