Hi Elvia, thanks for all the great posts, have a question regarding synthetine.
If cutting down and doing cardio am and training mid afternoon do you think it would be best to split up the dose (will be using 4cc's) like 2cc before cardio and 2cc before workout?
When reducing cals get pretty tired so would be good to get a boost for both but do you think the am dose will last into afternoon(especially if combining with small amounts of slin?)
