I'm not good at logs, so I will stumble and learn along the way. I have competed a few times, last shows were the 2011 NPC Cal where I won the open and closed in middles, then the 2011 USA where I took 7th in the middles. Best showing was the 2006 USA, placing 6th in the middles.
ATM I am torn between statying a middle or moving up to light-heavies. I guess we'll see when its time to start my prep.
I have a lot of work to do, I need to improve chest, delts, traps, and get a thicker back....
Here is my split, nothing special but it gets the job done!!!
Day 1: chest, triceps, and abs
Day 2: Back-lats (focus on pulling from the top) and biceps
Day 3: Sleep
Day 4: Legs (Focus on quads), calves
Day 5: Shoulders and abs
Day 6: Legs (focus on hamstrings), Back - mid and lower (focus on rows and
pulling low)
Day 7: Sleep
