Saw dr today to review blood pannel. Hemo was 12.5 up from 8.9 6 wks ago, all other lipids and liver values were within range. However iron stores where at a 4. So more injectafer(hate that shit). Hemo could have been higher but still have GI bleed that they can not find.
Now have to swallow a capsule with camera so thet can view part of intenstine they cannot see with a upper and lower scope

Finished last shot of sus today. Dropped a few pds last wk. Finiahed in at 203, for an 11 pound gain.
Bench + 30 deads +40 squat +30 (always a weak point for me)
