Water manipulation before show

Half tab of a 25mg or a 12.5 sorry. I am going on this protocal for insurance plus I have been told for a non tested show it is a must as everyone else is using it.

Do you have a 25/37.5 or a 25/50 or something different.

The pics don't realy show alot in the lines of how lean you are , some guys have good abs at 9-10%

Try to get some pics with your shirt off with like a rear double bicep , that tends to show how much fat you are holding in the lower back realy well and get some pics of your legs , some people hold fat in their lower body much more than the upper

From the pics you look good though its just hard to tell exactly how lean you are and that makes a huge differance in how your water and carb manipulation would work out

Ok thanks man. My legs are lean they're seperated
completly but there only 28 inches but there big
for my frame...hard to get a pic of my back or i would I live by myself
at the moment lol but yea my back is we're I def
hold the most water says a couple guys at my gym my abs and legs
are where I'm most shredded...I'm still trying to figure
out the water thing tho cause I'm very lean all over but botto

how long do you have till your show?

If you have a few weeks you could do a test run and see where you are at , if you havent carb loaded before a couple test runs a is a good idea especialy if you are gonna carb load early , i've seen a few guys carb up and spill over then come friday try to cut water and dry out and end up looking soft on stage because they weren't lean enough , I've tried to carb up late starting friday afternoon with meal 5-6 then through the night and i just can't fill in by saturday , i end up looking alot better sunday.

depending on how your diet is going as far as if you are eating carbs their might not be any reason to carb up at all , just cut your water and dry out then coast through the show
