What did your coach told you to take?

Idk how I feel about porter so many conflicting arguments about him and him lieing about gear use. He does make entertaining videos though.
 
Thanks for following my posts, I hope they’ve been valuable for you. I’ve worked with many coaches over the years. That being said, you’re putting too much emphasis on the drugs. It’s only 1/4th-1/5th of the puzzle. No matter how much I say that people just can’t seem to grasp it, or choose to believe that results come from a bottle.

I'm more curious about the amount of calories and protein/carbs
 
I am not eating or drinking raw eggs for the protein, I am for the benefits of the yolk. Also your body can assimilate 50% of the raw egg whites. Don`t focus on the egg white is the yolk is more important, also cooked egg`s protein changes its chemical shape, and can cause of allergies. When eating raw eggs, any incidence of egg allergy will disappear. Raw yolk has many benefits, they contain essential nutrients for the brain, nerves, glands and hormones, they are nutritionally balanced. Raw yolk also contain an abundance of other vital substances including protein, essential fatty acids along with niacin, riboflavin, biotin, choline, vitamins A, D and E, magnesium, potassium, phosphorous, manganese, iron, iodine, copper, zinc and sulphur. Egg yolks are one of the few foods that contain vitamin D.

Surely there can’t be many ways to use that we don’t know from on here.

I imagine the variance is just dose n duration

Possible every other day use.

I’ve used twice a week with good effect. Night before my rest day were I’m 0 carb n fast till lunch. I up my T3 on this day to n just do cardio.

Big swing into a fat burning mode.

Just 100-150mg so it doesn’t effect training.

Had good results with this myself n clients during recomping phases.

Do you drink the yolks?

Yes, the yolk and the white. When I was competing and I was getting ready for contest, 2 off my meal was 6 whole eggs 1 cup steamed broccoli and 1 tbs MCT oil. All in a blender.
 
I used to drink raw eggs like a champ when I was in HS and college (mostly the 90's)...after all, it felt like I was toasting to all the greats from Arnolds era. But...the idea of raw eggs and broccoli sounds like an biological weapon/WMD! That can't be comfortable for anyone in the room around you. LMAO

I now mix pasteurized raw egg whites with my iso protein powder to vary the protein source/absorption rate. I still love the taste of a soft poached (or boiled) egg yolk (which is full of taste & nutrients)...add a touch of sea salt/fresh ground pepper on a wholewheat english muffin. F'k I just made myself hungry!

I’ve said many times I’d like to have a few questions prepared and maybe be able to pay to have an open 15 minute phone call with a few certain Guru/Coaches.

Offseason or precontest?

Off season diets where you started and finished on would be good to see. And if they tailored the carbs around workouts etc and then the input on fats and amounts

Interesting I’ve worked with a fair # of coaches for some larger NPC shows and not 1 had me doing dnp at any point.

Is that common to use these days?

Zero help. Been in this game for way to long and seen just about everything. Never said I agreed with the drugs being a key.

Appreciate it man,of the two I feel hany's off season diet/routine would work better,might give it a go this bulk.
