Lets say you had a good leg day your knees and low back are sore the next day and your movin pretty slow at work? What is your preferd pain killer? I have always used aspirin but latly its one tylenol and two aspirin. Some things I read say not to take these two toghether other articals say its ok?
 
Curcumin is amazing stuff for anti inflammatory properties!!

Yeah I've noticed!! Joints have never felt better since taking this stuff. I believe the black pepper extract allows the curcumin to "work better" as well.
 
Ice 20 minutes whatever hurts. Do this several times a day.
 
Minor pain? i take nothing.
Mind over matter, if you don't mind it don't matter.
 
rub a shitload of a capsaicin based liniment on it

That's just part of the game. I would not let myself get in the habit of medicating minor aches and pains that are part of training or even minor injuries. Popping Tylenol or Advil all the time is no good for you. Don't let it become a habit / crutch.
 
I tend to just use plenty of fish oil and tough it out. Rarely an issue for me but last few weeks my knees feeling it but I've added 66lb to my squat and a silly amount to my dead lift last 8 weeks. Time to ease back slightly and focus on other areas five them chance to adapt. I very rarely use painkillers. If a drugs going in my body it needs to be anabolic or fat burning

Nothing.

We put enough hurt on/in our bodies, no need to add to it with some pills for minor discomfort........but thats just me.


It drives me crazy when I talk to people that eat handfuls of tylenol or advil on a daily basis and they think it's not doing any damage because they can buy it over the counter.

NOT DIRECTED AT THE OP, JUST AN OBSERVATION THAT URKS ME.

CC deca is the best thing I have found for joint pain but I take breaks from it and dang my old knees hurt when I do
 
be careful

Because of a bad hip and for the past 4 1/2 months I've been taking prescribed pain killers and tylenol on a regular bases. Sometimes when
pain is unbarable I increase dosage. Here's the deal. I went from 275lbs
down to 225 during this time and couldn't figure what the fuck was going on
found out that taking acetaminophen, tylenol, ibuprofen and so on at mod to high doses on a regular bases decrease protien synthesis as high as 70%.
I'd say keep doses low or just deal with the pain cause it's a pisser to lift your ass off and get nothing in return........
