Non fat milk.

Black coffee , diet Pepsi ( caffeine & caffeine free both versions, caffeine free at night if I fancy it occassionally ) pukka herbs digest tea and nighttime tea . I love these two pukka tea. The digest tea has helped me p cut down from 2 cans of Pepsi to just one sometimes . may be I drink 1-4 cans a week from 2 cans a day all thanks to pukka teas
