What's for Breakfast?

Same thing every day for like 15 years. 8 ounces chicken breast, 1 scoop whey, 1/2 cup white rice flour, 1 tbl olive oil, 8 ounces apple juice. Blend in blender and swallow

If you let it blend for about 2 minutes it comes out the consistency of a optimum nutrition shake essentially. Maybe a bit thicker. I boil the chicken in big batches on medium heat for about 1.5 hours so It just falls apart
 
Cup of instant oats, blueberries, and mixed with 40 grams of Muscle Feast.
 
70g of Kodiak protein pancakes mixed in water
10g butter
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
3 whole eggs
goat cheese
1/2 cup whole milk in coffee
 
Pretty much the same year round. I bring 4 out of my 5-6 meals per day to the office.

Meal 1 is a protein pudding I mix up the night before and leave in the freezer. By the time I get to work it's defrosted and I devour it.

~2 scoops whey isolate
~2 TBSP almond/peanut butter
~1 scoop super green powder
Add water and stir.
Top it off with some cinnamon and salt.

The amounts vary a bit depending on my calories. I'll also add greek yogurt at times which adds some volume. My girlfriend thinks it looks like puke, but I love it lol.
 
Just an FYI, Muscle Feast offers a powdered oats that is very affordable and makes adding oats to a shake in the morning a lot easier to drink.

If you use a high powered blender (vitamix) any type of oats you put in will be fully mixed and won't separate, even after hours.
 
1.5-2 cups of white rice
8-12 ounces of steak (sirloin usually)
100-200 grams of pineapple
1 orange

or I skip it if I have a morning full of meetings (usually eat my first meal when I get into work after my workout)

Portions determined based off appetite. Llower portions are the min to meet my intended macros/cals for the day and anything else is added if I can stomach it (for all meals not just breakfast).
 
Everyday for years, one can of tuna with 1 cup of raw quick oats in water.

Big mouthful of tuna, big sip of oatmeal, a few chews, swallow, and repeat until gone.

It you google "hardcore", this is it lol.
 
Dieting right now, 10.x weeks out

-50g oats (dry measure) + 1tsp PB & walden farms syrup
-2c eggwhites + non-fat fake cheez slice

I cut the 'fun' parts of that out 4-6 weeks pre contest

I take most of my 'supplements' with breakfast, so...
-50mg anadrol + 150mg zantac
-6mg aromasin (1/2 tab)
-1200mg NAC
-50mcg clen

What’s the macro break down on it?



90g carbs
80g protein
18g of fats

Depending on your whey protein, macros may change. I use UMP Beverly international, one of the best tasting proteins out there and I use PES select protein
PES has better macros but not as good tasting

7 egg whites, 3 whole eggs with a packet of cooked grits mixed in.
 
It’s the same for me daily

350 grams egg whites
90 grams oats
15 gram why isolate
 
Dieting
3 whole eggs 1.25 cup egg whites scrambled with onions peppers

Offseason
1.5 cups cream of rice mixed with 2 tablespoons almond butter and 2.5 scoops True Nutrition beef/whey isolate protein blend (peanut butter flavour)
Neither meal changes between workout and non workout days. Apple Cidar Vinager/ginger and greens+ are taken as a shot before each large meal.

Post workout- around 7am- 40g whey shake
One hour later...
4 egg omelet, add two additional whites
English muffin
By 9am I am in the office and hungry again
