Egg white pancakes with a rice cake or two in the blender, fruit of choice that day and sprinkle some chia seeds on it while cooking it and top it of with either sugar preserves or fresh fruit.
Same here, makes staying lean a breeze. I don't eat until noon. Just gh, fasting, sometimes cardio and sometimes fat burners.
In growth phases, I'll add in a protien dominant morning meal only to push me into a small 500-600 calorie surplus. Done gaining 20lbs during a bulk and too much of it being fat.
For most people, eating a bunch of carbs and fructose upon rising year round isn't going to do much positive for your body comp unless you're just chasing meaningless scale weight.
Today it was 1 and a half cups of egg whites with hot sauce, one leftover lean beef enchilada (home-made!), 1 pear and 1 peach plus cup of black coffee. I'm still hungry so might have a DKB piece of toast with natty peanut butter.
