Some people are against SEO because it's cheating or against what they think the spirit of the sport should be all about. I'm not idealistic like that, I just think it looks like shit in many or even most cases. As an example Flex Wheeler ruined his physique with the stuff imo.
I don't disagree. But he also probably looked the best anyone has ever looked due to seo (or similar) usage. That black and white pic of him on the net is flawless. He is loaded up in that photo.
i know some guys like to repeatedly pin themselves in certain areas to build up scar tissue to create the illusion of bigger muscles (flex wheeler and ronnie coleman used to just jab at their calves indiscriminately to build up scar tissue...no clue who told them that was a good idea, because it looked BAD).
He got bigger because of it and in some angles looked fantastic still. But to me it's not better when it's so obvious. Lost all detail in some muscles. Calves were probably the worst I've ever seen. If you don't remember what they looked like at the end of the 90's do a search, they didn't even look like calves anymore.
There was this fella on getbig, "BFG", which some competitors on there said was a real trainer with good connections in the industry. Personally don't know who he was. Anyway, he said this wrt Flex:
Anyone here heard of this "technique"?![]()
Shit I have been utilizing "vacuum cupping" to break up scar tissue in my glutes and delts from the years of pinning there. Can't imagine people wanting to create it ...LOL but it would be pretty easy just pop with an 18 G harpoon.
I have never injected anywhere else in my almost 20 years of IM injections.
Done with them and doing sub q now and yes scar tissue builds up there too.
It was a joke,I heard it from a Comedian. He was in Russia and so fourth. But Putin used to be KGB and hey could be true,I like Putin myself so not downing him.
Looks like he was responding to a troll sarcastically.

x2 that's exactly what i thought of this tooExactly, he calls the same guy he's responding to stupid right under in Cinder screenshot. Not hard to see he was being sarcastic since that guy must of ticked him off talking about seo.

Hey sorry if this is necrobumping but I’ve been lurking on the forum for months and you’re one of the super knowledgeable guys when it comes to SEOs - I was wondering what would be the general recommendation for “permanent” (I know your just said that essentially nothing is permanent) fascia growth of the delts, namely medial, and calves.I have used synthetek's syntherol a few times and it's an amazing product. The gains with syntherol are natural looking unless you do crazy volume or start putting in large volume in small areas such as bi-ceps or rear delts (bigger muscles take even more volume which is unrealistic). The gains stay but no gains are ever permanent unless you start filling your muscles with the likes of PMMA (Rich Piana).
So obviously if your mate stopped training he will lose all his gains. Look at some of the best bodybuilders ever who stopped training and taking aas... they shrink and don't even look like they ever trained. No gains are ever permanent from seo, aas, hgh, slin, diet, training etc. If we all stopped training and eating well we would look like crap in a few years.
Now I am unsure about this guy but no one wants to be putting what Rich Piana puts in him. Well if they ever did then tiny amounts but these guys never know when to stop.

I am really only concerned about my bideltoid and looking good with shorts on (lol).
I’m not like a lot of you guys, I admit that I have really subpar genetics, knowing that, I don’t want to push my limits by injecting 1000s of mg of gear, and getting results other attain with simply 500mg of test E and an oral or some shit.
In knowing this, how would you recommend I go? I’m committed to SEOs, I’ve looked at “Insta-size” (promises permanent gains) and of course Synthrol which is the clear and obvious choice but if it isn’t going to be properly permanent, and a differing product is, then I don’t want to go ahead with it before being high knowledgeable on potential outcomes first.
I’ve read Big A’s guides and as you’d know he mentioned that permanent gains can and will be achieved but I’m sure you can understand my potential skepticism.

This is me currently, 77kg @182cm, simply on HCG and HMG as I recently came off 2 years of gear (500mg of test e for 4 months then 100-150mg thereafter - peak weight was 92kg).
Obviously the photo is bad lighting and no flexing, I don’t care for the pride of flexing on the forum, no matter what I’m the smallest one here lol.
But yeah essentially wanting to widen my shoulder width which I’ve essentially maxed out within my desired maximum usage.
