3 years ago I changed my diet!! vary clean no Meat,dairy!(Its hard) No protein Shakes(Maybe once every 45days!I think fresh fruits, raw vegetables, and proein foods are more valuable for me because my most of diet contain fresh fruits, raw vegetables and different protein based foods.

and I never been stronger,faster,leaner! its crazy how I feel and act now! I get so much shit from every1 about it but you cant argue with results
