This stuff has never been researched in humans or animals, only in the test tube. Like I've said, we don't know how toxic it is. Stuff like this is a whole new low for this industry. Before, pretty much everything had been tested in humans. Now they're selling possible news-bombs. If this continues and continues to get out of control, I have a feeling that the next round of legislation is gonna hit hard and stick.

But that's if people are selling real YK. Several respectable people have stated that the complexity of YK is out of range for your common SARM factory to synthesize.


That said, I'm really interested in YK. That's why I'm writing a damn essay here.

What dosages have people been taking?

I don't think 5mg is enough. Read as much as I could find over the last few days and seems 10-12mg is being advised way more often.

Could have just been a good day for me, but today is the fourth day on yk11 and I had good strength and endurance. It was chest day obvi and did warmup then 315x8, 365x5, 385x3, and 315x8 final. Normally I wouldn't have the strength/endurance to finish 8 on the final set. We'll see how it goes.

Care to give a little background info too? You taking anything else currently? how long have you been off or on or whatever. Height? Weight? Bf%? Diet? Training?

Test e @ 200. Deca @ 600. Mk @ 25. About 11 weeks thus far. 5'10, 225. I'd guess 15% at this point.
I'll start dieting again in January for May comp.
