Im 18 and around 155 lbs atm,my first goals are to hit 225 on big three
Im pretty weak and skinny right now
For training i will be doing this 3 day a week split
Mon:Squats 2x5
Paused squats 2x5
Calves 2x10
Wed:Bench 2x6
Incline 2x6
Dips 2x10
Lateral raises 2x8-10
Frieadlift variation 2x5
Posterior core movement 1-2x10-12
Rows 2x4-8
Chin ups 2x6
Biceps 2x8
Any help or advice would help
