Thanks Shelby, the older I get the more I realize many of the points you made in that article, especially lifting a little lighter and making the form put the stress on the muscle by making the movement more difficult,
Very true. The first one really hit home for me. I foget about that and I'm hard on myself. Trying to be bigger , harder , or stronger. Pushing to be something I just can't achieve. I just forget that somethings are just not in the cards for me.
The best thing about it shelby, is those points should be common sense to a lot of people. Sometimes it just takes someone, like yourself, to sit there and point it out to people for them to take note. I have always admired your work ethic and beliefs, and totally agree with your approach to bodybuilding as a whole, i wish you continued success in life
