ok so i started a job a couple months ago and the schedule is hard to get workouts in trying to figure out how to keep a mass building workout with this type of schedule..
our factory has a nice gym available 24 hrs a day so heres the schedule i work.
take into account i live about 50 min away from work one way
Midnight shift
sat - off
Sun - off
Mon- off
tue- off
wedn- (Tuesday night at 1030 Pm - 7 AM Wednesday morning)
thur- 1030 pm - 7 am
fri - 1030 pm - 7 am
sat - 1030pm - 7 am
Sun- (Saturday night 7 PM - 7 am Sunday morning)
Mon- (Sunday night 7 Pm - 7Am Sunday morning )
tue- Monday night 1030Pm -7 Am
wed - Off
Thur- Off
Fri- Off
Day shift
Sat - 630 Am - 7 Pm
sun - 630 Am - 7 Pm
Mon - 630 Am - 3 Pm
tues - 630 Am - 3 Pm
Wed - 630 AM - 3 Pm
Thurs- 630 Am - 3 pm
fri - 630 Am - 3 pm
sat- OFF
Sun- Off
Afternoon Shift
Mon- 230 PM - 11 PM
tues- 230 PM - 11 PM

Then start back at the top on Saturday off and that's the month schedule so as you can see its pretty messed up schedule so who can help me out with a 3-4 day workout for this ????
