HELP WITH ESTROGEN

Ok so I know I'm naturally estrogen sensitive.


I went to the doctor after abusing my body for a long time I got all my levels back in check (came off cold turkey ) but my test was obviously tanked and my estrogen was skyyyyyy high ...

Long story short my doc knows almost nothing about hormones although they prescribe it to a lot of ppl in my area. I explained how my blood levels stay stable and what ai I will need even on trt dose she said that she would give me test (200mg week) but no aromidex or aromasin and to retest in a month

Month later. Test is in optimal range but estrogen is up around 2000. Now I told them that I needed arimidex 1mg a week and I'll split that into two doses

However my question is

Will this bring my estrogen down enough to be in normal range. or who'll I have to do a higher dose for let's say a week to get it down and then start a Maint dose Obviously I can't ask my doc as they are retarded and they admitted that I was better versed then them

Any help would be appreciated

They don't want to run another blood test for 3-4 months may just run some aromasin ed for a week even if I tank it pretty low then continue on prescribed ai

2000 is off the charts, what's the reference range your lab uses? Still sounds way too high, and she seems to not wanna give u an AI, I'm on the same boat as you, I have to get my own AI

Deff take an AI , 1mg for a week then do bloodwork and adjust , you need to get ot down asap.

Bloodwork is cheap $60 tops

idk how your lipids are, but I'd ask for aromasin over adex either way.

I did and I explained why I preferred it and he looked dumbfounded. Had no idea what I was talking about and had to go on his phone on his doctor apps I. Order to look up adex dosing Didn't even know what aromasin was. He felt more "comfortable" with adex cause that's what his "endo" friends use. I'm going to take 25mg aromasin that I have for a week and contribute the corse of adex after
