Hello and welcome to my log,
I will be logging some Moa products .
First things first
Training Back in september 2017 hurt my knee, and rehabbed it. Couldnt do leg extension or leg press. Started out not be able to do any weight . after four-five months , able to do very light leg extensions and building up to leg press a few plates per side. On hack squats two plates. At six months was able to do 3 plates and 10 per side on hack squats, did one set to failure and injured knee all over again. This happened a couple weeks ago and rehabbing it and doing what i can taking it easy not re-injuring the injury already again.
Both elbows hurt a couple weeks ago, not even knowing I did it, guess I got too intense and have previous elbow injuries past ten years. Last workout could only do about 50 % of weight I was using they hurt so bad. Doing foam rolling, trigger point, deep tissue, friction massage on them
right now these are what Im nursing
otherwise training has been hit past ten years with lots of injuries. In contest prep may go hit on some weak stuff, maybe , generally though not crazy on hit pre contest. Still training intense mind you.
Nutrition , depends on the day. Right now 100 -150 carbs. A higher carb days when strength is going down too much.
cardio . also doing physical therapy on knee for activity counted as well.

Sleep overall good try and get 8 hours a night with a 20 min nap if needed. sometimes I just sit on recliner and body shuts down
I work a job where im on my feet five hours, moving around walking, my body is used to it.

Started eq and test feb 20th did 450 mgs , 200 test, 250 eq four weeks, until march 20th upped it.
I see no need to run anything higher right now with me rehabbing my knee and elbows. Also had a bicep thing going on past couple years , its improved though this prep as I got myofascial work done it it, and do myofascial work on it.

t3 , started five weeks out at 25 mgs, currently on 50 mcg, upping it to 75 mcg tomorrow, doing Moat t3 first thing , then 25 mcg 8-12 hours later
Cialis, we know contest prep drains a person, and can use a little help. Will be taking this before getting together with girlfriend, maybe even the night before because Cialis can take longer than a few hours to kick in
other supplements
ec stack , started four weeks out at same dose im on now, currently on 12 mgs ephedrine, and 100 mgs caffeine first thing.
Desoxy-t-cypionate- well see I havent started it yet , but think i will with my next shot. Got this off a research site a few years ago, and ran it before at 400 mgs and it gave me bad acne. I used it last year in contest prep at 200 mgs weekly and didn't give me acting. It is a dht derivative, its actually unmethylated phera, so I figure it could harden me up

Doing Classic Physique tallest class class D. Competed in Classic since it came out in 2016. Qualified for Jr Nats in 2016. Went to Junior Nationals last year, placed 9th our of 10th
heres some pictures from JR Nats. I was the tallest guy in the show at 6ft2.5 shoes off they measured me. I was number 600 something , i dont even know how many people competed at jr nats last year. Last year I weighted in at 216 or 217 I forget the year before i was 216 or 217. I look bigger but I have no reason to lie about my height or weight . I dont have big bones for a tall guy, my wrist are just a hare under seven inches so this causes me to put on more muscle weight, in the place of some guys with bigger bones taking up their weight, and I can look even bigger. Anyone thinks I'm around 240 right now, when I m at 220lbs.
also ive been competing since 2009 , did a natural show, heavyweight, needed to lose like 10 lbs probably, 2012 NPC open heavyweight was lean weighed 202, 2016 and 2017 classic

and just for fun me in 2002 , after three months, yes, three months training, all natural of course.
This year the goal is to place top two and qualify for junior nationals again this year.
