I would suggest that they have something with a date from newspaper next to the picture. The first and last pictures should have this.

Thanks matey. I will be doing that. I figured if I said it now some sneaky person may take a pic now with a date like 30th March so they have an extra 2 weeks. Although I am guessing some want more time as they are getting as fat as possible in preparation for the start. Only joking I know promuscle is full of decent and honest individuals

Just follow this thread. Members will be asked to post starting pics from Friday 25th March up until the starting date of 1st April. Obviously the sooner you post them the more time you have to transform. Just keep checking the main forum and this thread for any updates.

That's it. We will start a new thread for the actual competition. Start and end pics and any progress pics you want to post on the way. Yeah you don't have to post ed updates but simply check in once weekly and add to the thread. I have seen competitions in the past with similar rules and some guys would never post and literally just do start and end pics and I don't think that is fair. We want posters to add some value and let others know about their training or supplements etc. I am looking forward to it too. I was motivated anyway but this is going to be incredible

If that is the case then you are at a big advantage of winning the whole thing if you put 100% into everything. Some guys are starting off looking good so it's harder for them to transform. The most out of shape guys are always at an advantage with contests like this. Good luck and I hope you do well.

Yeah if this doesn't motivate someone to transform nothing will...i've never seen a prize package worth this much...if I dont shred my glutes for this one i'll be pissed, the prizes are worth any suffering it may take...not only that being in crazy condition in July is awesome for grabbing broads at the beach or water parks or wherever...for some reason I cant fathom when I have death face and my jaw line is sharp and crisp I get hit on left and right...throw 20 pounds on in bulk mode and they dont pay any attention lol

Wow... SSB had one of these right before the meltdown. Most motivation I ever had. I took second and for my efforts I got to panic like a sonofagun-but folks went down before parcels went out.I didnt get my prize pack -but I had the best summer ever.

May be a good time to see what happens with muscle memory. The last one I started as a chubby powerlifter but at least I had muscle. Didnt train last year and got surgery dec 31st so I could get back at it

200 lbs of over 20% bodyfat dadbod currently using 3 lb dumbells to try and get my daggum shoulder to recover...at least I have a better "before" pic than most at pm...

Reading Phidia's unselfish donation of his body to the women participants, gave me an idea.

The staff here goes on a regular trip to Fiji. Everyone gets flown there from wherever they are in the world, for 5 days or so, all costs inclusive (flights, 5* accommodation, food, etc).
