Chest and triceps day
Hammer Strength wide grip bench
10 reps 2- 45 each side
10 reps 2 - 45 and a 25
3 sets of 10 reps 3 - 45 each side
1 set 20 reps 1 - 45 and 25 each side
Hammer Strength incline press
4 sets of 10 reps 2 - 45 each side
Dumbbell fly's
10 reps 25s
10 reps 30s
10 reps 35s
10 reps 40s - 2 sets
Really went for stretching the pecs on these. Did a rest/pause at the bottom.
Triceps press down with rope on cable/weight stack
10x 140

Seated dip machine
5 sets of 10 reps
1 set of 20
Forgot to pay attention to where I was at on the weight stack...was in my own little overly caffeinated world by then....
Great workout.....loving the test/tren/masteron combo. Getting a little bit leaner every day....
