I believe the same - only eaa or peptoproYou drink whey in your intra-workout? Isn’t that heavy? I would recommend subbing EAAs in place, as they’re much lighter on the stomach and digest exponentially faster.
why use 10g of EAA you need about 0.05g of leucine per kg of body weight to maximize protein synthesis so if you weigh e.g. 100kg you need 5g of pure leucine and most EAA on the market has 2g of leucine for every 10g so thismy intra is 10g EAA's + 35g dextrose
