It has always been shoulder press, dumbell side lateral, rear delts (swap out several different variations). Now that my shoulders are so fucked I find front delt presses less painful and usually do those in place of shoulder press.What would be your go-to shoulder day? Barbell squats are rare these day but most of the time I do them it with heels elevated on wedges and I go EXTREMELY deep (lighter weight, don't go over 315). I tend to do leg press, V-squat machine, walking lunges, Adductor machine (always), leg extension, hack squat, pendulum squats, seated or lying leg curls (mostly seated), dumbell stiff leg, sissy squats.What's your current leg workout ?
