💪Ronnie drug free? 💪

Honestly, what does it matter if he was natural or not..?

I honestly think part of it is to put into perspective how great he was. It really is something incredible if he was able to compete without drugs an an "O" stage. Beyond, that, I don't think it means much.

I think by natural he means he was taking steroids, growth, slin and diuretics. If you think about it and your a steroid user and the O is your meal ticket why in the world would you be the only natural competitor there? Your balls to the wall like everyone else because you want to win(again and again)

As i remember Ronnie said he turned pro naturally and competed at the O to start with that way as well. I think he was around 210 pounds when he turned pro. In his powerlifting days he competed at drug tested events and didn't fail and was pretty big and lean at that time. So i can see where he may have been natural. Seems he was not trying to make BB his career as he had his degree and was working as a full time cop. And they huge jump he took 1 year where he admits doing gear after Flex talked him into it to actually be competitive. Seems reasonable to me for some one with great genetics. And listening to him talk about how long he sat and stared at the syringe before using it brought back fond memories for me!.

I could see at the start I guess. I remember reading that he had 19inch arms before he even started gear. I also remember how he just had a sudden jump in muscle over one year, so that could be it.

Lol so be it..

1. You don’t know they are lifetime natties.

2. You can get steroids in prison
Have you been to prison or worked in a prison? If the answer is no, you should stop talking about things you have no experience in as if it were facts. There are members who have been to prison or worked in a prison and that are telling a different story. Just because you want to believe something is true, doesn’t make it so.

I think everyone has a different definition of “natural”. I mean hell I train in a gym full of hardcore competitors. One of them would kick my ass on stage and is “natural”.

We tell ourselves what we need to in order to justify things. In Milos’s case he is just looking for click bait. 😂

I stopped giving a shit as @luki7788 said.

If you had any idea how prisons operate you’d know aas would be damn near impossible to get in there. Iv also never once seen or heard of anyone in a prison finding a syringe capable of injecting oil. Everything that’s contraband is usually found or the snitches rat people out. I don’t care what your friends told you they are wrong and are probably just jealous because natural guys eating top ramen and squeeze cheese are built better than them on steroids lol I spent 5 years in there I know exactly how it works and Iv got lots of friends that have done hard time and none of them ever heard of anyone getting steroids in there.

"Ain't nothin but a peanut!"

And guys that have been down 20-30 years whether they did steroids before they went in or not the effects of them are long gone after all those years and they are the same as natural. Come off gear for 6 months and tell me you still look and lift like your on steroids lol 😂

I think the higher myonuclei density in steroid users lasts for very long periods….we do know it at least lasts for 4 years post AAS.

So at least they would have better muscle memory than a natty lol

That may be so but anyone comes of gear completly for a long period of time will NOT look or lift anything like they do when they are using. Look at the guys that retire besides branch Warren who is obviously still on all the stuff. Lol. They are all shadows of their former self and all unrecognizable. These are also the guys who allegedly have superior genetics. Most of them don’t look anything like the “superior genetic freaks” they were once called. None of these guys are maintaining it especially not for 4 years lol

And so on. There you have it.

So his first 2 Olympias are 94/95.
And did all those shows before that natty 😶‍🌫️

Competing against everyone else and not even thinking hhhhmmm I wonder

Wrong, are 92 and 94

Could he have been natty in 92? Unlikely, but that assumes he won the universe and competed in 2 pro shows before he started taking juice and placing high in competitive shows.

Bob Paris beat Ronnie once upon a time huh… wild

my grand slam was supposed to be with sausage

Iv seen inmates that were just as big or bigger than the early Ronnie that were lifetime natural But they were alot older and had been down 15-20 years pumping iron everyday. It’s possible but not likely though.

You know, as we all do, that looking big in prison is not the same as being competitive on a pro stage.

Ronnie Coleman Reflects On His First Time Using Steroids, ‘I was so afraid to do all that stuff back then’

As a professional bodybuilder, Ronnie Coleman has experience using performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs) but stresses that everything he used was under doctor supervision and he routinely checked his health.

“Everything that I put in my body you know was doctor-prescribed. And every four months I would get a check-up and make sure the liver was right, the kidneys were right, the heart was right, you know I had everything checked.I never had a problem.”

“You need to have your body checked out at least every six months, don’t go six months without checking it. I’ve never went six months without checking it even now” Coleman said.

Ronnie Coleman revealed Flex Wheeler led him to the world of PEDs.

“It was probably 1995-1996 somewhere in there. I was 30 years old. The first time ever, mhm, because I was so afraid to do all that stuff back then.”

“Well, I got a lot of information from Flex Wheeler. He gave me a lot of information. Flex had been around he won a lot of stuff, ‘I wonder what he’s doing’

“You want to find out what somebody is doing, you go straight to them and ask them. You don’t go to some fan on the street or you don’t go to his friend. You go to him, you know and hopefully he’ll tell you. With Flex, he was quite honest with me because everything he told me worked” Coleman explains.

“No [I don’t remember dosages or what I took]. It’s been so long ago. It was just normal. I just know it was like normal dosages. People think I took you know massive massive amounts, I’m like no, no. If I would have taken massive massive amounts, I don’t think I’d be sitting here.”

Ronnie Coleman once again drills in the importance of constantly getting checkups to ensure the body is handling everything well and functioning properly.

“The route that I took, I always checked to make sure that my body was functioning right and everything was functioning right. That’s why I looked like I did on stage even though I was big and muscular I looked healthy.

“If you go back and look at my skin, some guys, their skin is bad when they are up there. I didn’t have a lot of, my skin wasn’t bad at all.

I could see it for myself. I’m looking at the other guys with all these pimples and all these red marks all over their body and I’m like how the hell, no, I wouldn’t want to look like that.”
