Had to take past two days off from the gym, personal stress got the best of me (woman issues as usual haha). Lots of high sodium food yesterday might be playing a role.
That happens sometimes.
Looks like your weight is dropping steadily a bit at a time, are you using any particular diet while running this combo?
OK well thats pretty telling if your eating pretty thick and losing weight like that, Ill keep an eye on your log the GW is interesting as hell to me (except that whole burning of the mouth thing).Haha the see food eat food...
Yesterday was 2 MRP shakes 900 calories each
2 protein shakes 20 grams eaa, 20 grams bcaa + 10 grams glutamine, 1 25 gram scoop of protein, carbs from OJ (40 grams) + 3 grams of fish oil each
1/2 pint gelato
1 16 ounce ribe eye +loaded baked potatoe
1/2 rack of baby back ribs and cinnamon apples haha
Oh and a flinstones orange pushpop (was at the gas station couldn't resist)
Weight is minorly up from start I guess. I look a little tighter, but still nothing like normal. Stress levels are still through the roof though.
