Hey everyone

Maybe a silly question, i usually cook eggs as i go and make them into sandwiches in the morn while there fresh and have them for brekky

But is it ok to cook the eggs the night before, store in the fridge then heat them up in the morn to eat?

I sometimes have early shift and sometimes want something quick before i head out to work

Do you see any negatives with this?

Nope. I make massive fritatas that sit in the fridge for a day or two.

Cooked eggs can last a week or more in the fridge. I eat more eggs than anyone I know and eat off huge batches of hard boiled eggs for the better part of two weeks but that's probably pushing it.

I cook my eggs in the microwave it takes one minute.

For years I cooked a weeks worth at a time and put them into Tupperware. Grab one each morning and off to work. I never had any issues.
