Olympus Labs has the cheapest TUDCA I've seen. $54 bucks a bottle most places, but a bottle will last two months.

54 dollars? Isn't synthergine like 10bucks more plus you get a free bottle with improved blood work. Might want to reevaluate that one.

I posted this on another post but I may as well bring it over. Let me tell you that I have been obsessive and anal about this subject for 3 yrs and have learned a TON. This list has grown from 5 or 10 things(most of which aren't even on my list anymore...or at least not nearly as important as I thought)...to a lot of things that are VERY VERY good bets to look into.

I would suggest starting off with Ubiquinol, Magnesium, Curcumin, Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2, EPA/DHA and a good Probiotic and go from there...

Synthergine is a great product, just giving the answer for the most affordable TUDCA product as Synthergine does not conain TUDCA. Like the poster above said Aegis is another excellent choice too.

I'd personally stay away from these formulas unless there is outside testing confirming what's in the product and what amounts are contained.

I'd get pure UDCA over aegis, which had TUDCA (or the label says so) anyway...

It isn't easy to find, but places sell UDCA
