Get your diet on point and fall in love with hiit cardio. Drink gallons of water. No soda, sugar, sodium weight will come right off. Maybe throw in a ec stack to help with cravings

Water I'm used of not drinking ANY! So I'm up to 4 bottles a day, and steadily increasing as well...
I don't drink much water either. Everytime I try and raise my intake I end up forgetting to drink it and then chugging a ton at a time which just leads to constantly pissing. Now I'm trying to slowly increase intake by sipping on some water all day long.
Doing the same as the above two as I realized my abs were gone and I had gained some belly fat- lost my pal of 16yrs, got depressed- so back to the grindstone and carrying one of those big ass 3L DEER PARK jugs. That way I can't miss the big bastard and drink it.
As far as pissing all the time, more trips to the bathroom= less time around assholes! Lol
