I started to train this way agent in 2020 , before that I was working out with out incorporating negatives on every body part, sense started agent I did gain back 1/2 inch on my arms and 2 inch on my legs, also I am working out 2 times per day and I love it, also for the last 3 month I incorporated robber bends also. I have been doing 100 reps body weight squats on no leg days, and I will tray to do 50 reps squats with 225 lbs tomorrow, I did 40 reps last Thursday, even I am over 70 I do try to gain back muscle, not to compete. I do this because I love the challenge and keep me young and healthy.
