It is!! I'm doing this "intensive" fat-loss plan right now, but that is my smallest meal of the day. Usually I have the protein in 8-12 oz. of liquid to keep me fuller longer. Most of the other meals are Meat/veggies/fats kind of thing.This sounds like a very small volume of food isn't it? Would probably make me hungrier. I may try it but chase with a shaker bottle of low calorie almond milk for satiety. I notice if I drink the 30 calorie almond milk after a meal I feel full.
